Samsung
Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM → scan QR.
Google Pixel
Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM → scan QR.
Enable data abroad
Turn on mobile data for the eSIM line and data roaming for that profile when you land.
