Terms of use

By using zenoraesim.com and our services (online shop, eSIM activation, partner portal), you agree to these terms. Zenora Esim is operated by Ylli Rraqi. We are an independent travel eSIM retailer — not a mobile network operator.
1. Service
We sell prepaid mobile data plans for international destinations. After payment confirmation you receive activation instructions (usually a QR code) by email. You are responsible for confirming your device supports eSIM before purchase. Coverage and speed depend on partner networks in the destination and local conditions.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Keep your confirmation email — it contains install instructions.
3. Activation and use
The eSIM profile is personal and tied to your order. Do not share QR codes publicly. Use must be lawful and compatible with local network policies. We do not guarantee 100% coverage in every area (mountains, remote islands, tunnels, etc.).
4. Refunds
Unactivated profiles may be eligible for a refund under our support policy if you contact us within a reasonable time and before installation. Activated or consumed plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when a technical failure is confirmed on our side. Contact support@zenoraesim.com or use the contact form.
5. B2B partners
Shops and agencies selling via our portal have additional terms agreed at onboarding (commissions, customer responsibility, brand use). See also the partners programme.
6. Privacy
We process personal data (e.g. email for eSIM delivery) under our privacy policy. By purchasing, you agree we may use your email to fulfil the order.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or network outages caused by destination operators. Our maximum liability relates to the value of the relevant order, unless the law requires otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The update date appears at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance. Albanian version: Kushtet e shërbimit.
