Zenora Esim is a consumer brand managed by Bixbite Zip sh.p.k. We are an independent travel eSIM retailer — not a mobile carrier.
Data controller
The Zenora Esim app and website are managed by Bixbite Zip sh.p.k, trading as Zenora Esim. Contact: support@zenoraesim.com.
Data we collect
- Name, email, and password at in-app sign-up or website checkout / contact forms
- Selected plan, destination, and order / eSIM fulfillment details
- Payment processing via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers in the App)
- Technical logs for security and fraud prevention

- Account management and authentication
- Processing purchases and delivering eSIM QR / install details
- Order confirmation emails and customer support
- Security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations
Third-party providers
We share data only with providers needed to fulfil orders: eSIM Access (wholesale provisioning) and Stripe (payments). The website may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (cookies; opt out via browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on).
Your rights
Delete account in the app: Profile → Delete account (permanent removal of sign-in credentials). You may also request access or deletion by emailing support@zenoraesim.com.
