- Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
- Use QR Code and scan the email attachment
- Label the line (e.g. «Travel data»)
- On arrival, set this line for Mobile Data

Keep your home SIM for calls/WhatsApp; use the travel eSIM line for data only.
Troubleshooting
No «Add eSIM»: update iOS, check carrier lock.
No data: enable data roaming for the eSIM line only.
