This Privacy Policy explains how Zenora Esim (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Zenora Esim mobile app (iOS and Android), our website zenoraesim.com (including online eSIM shop and checkout), and related services.
Zenora Esim is a consumer brand managed by Bixbite Zip sh.p.k. We are an independent travel eSIM retailer — not a mobile network operator.
1. Data controller
The App and this website are managed by Bixbite Zip sh.p.k, trading as Zenora Esim. For privacy requests, contact us using the details in section 11 below.
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies primarily to travelers (consumers) who browse plans, create an account, purchase an eSIM, or contact support through the App or website. A separate B2B partner portal may also be offered to authorized retail partners; partner account data is handled under the same controller and contact details.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect and process:
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value, not in plain text).
- Authentication data: session tokens to keep you signed in (stored on your device and on our servers).
- Order and fulfillment data: selected destination and plan, price, order identifiers, timestamps, and eSIM activation data (for example ICCID, QR / LPA codes) needed to deliver your purchase.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers in the App. Stripe may process card details and billing information according to their own privacy policy.
- Support messages: content you send to support (email or contact form).
- Technical data: IP address, request logs, and basic device or app information for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How we use information
- To create and manage your account
- To process purchases and deliver eSIM profiles (QR / install details)
- To send order confirmation and transactional emails
- To provide customer support
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the service
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
5. Third-party services
We share data only with providers needed to run the service:
- eSIM Access (wholesale connectivity API) — plan/order data required to provision your eSIM
- Stripe — payment processing when checkout is enabled
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads on the website — traffic and conversion measurement (cookies / similar technologies; you can opt out via browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out)
The App communicates with our backend over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) in production.
6. Where data is stored
Account and order data are stored on servers operated by Zenora Esim. Session tokens may be stored locally on your device until you sign out or delete your account.
7. Data retention
We retain account and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify personal account credentials; some order records may be retained where required by law.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction: email us to request a copy of your data or to correct your name/email.
- Account deletion (in-app): in the Zenora Esim iOS/Android app, go to Profile → Delete account, confirm, and your account sign-in credentials are permanently removed.
- Deletion by email: you may also request deletion via support@zenoraesim.com.
- Sign out: sign out anytime to clear the local session on your device.
9. Children
The App and website are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
10. Security & international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including password hashing, access controls, and authenticated API access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you access the service from outside the country where our servers are hosted, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions.
